For our lower body strength/power test we will be doing a horizontal jump. Mark a starting line and have a measuring tape ready to mark your heels for where you land and measure how far you jumped. Complete this 3 times and take the average of the 3 measurements as your score.

Upper Body Strength test, we are completing as many clean reps as possible for push-ups. Be sure to have a 2 inch object on the ground and to touch your chest to that object every repetition. You can complete this from your knees or toes, count how many full reps you do and input in your app.

The core strength test will be done with a Knee Slide Sit-Up test. For this test start by sitting down on a carpet, a yoga mat, or another comfortable floor. To begin you will have your legs/knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Starting with hands on your thighs, use your core to sit up, while sliding your hands to your knees on your thighs. Hands must stay in contact with your legs for the entire test.

For our cardiovascular test, we are doing a timed bike/walk/jog/run of at least 1km. For this test, you can bike/walk/jog/run on a treadmill, indoor cycling bike or outdoors for approx 1km or set distance between two objects. Time yourself to complete the distance and input your time into your app.
