The Iron Self Transformation Program is designed to help you build a new, healthy set of habits over time. Each week, we take an objective look at different areas of your life, exploring ways to create and optimize habits that support your overall success.​

The program is structured in two - 3 month segments, so you’re only ever committed for a manageable period at a time.

Months 1–3: The Foundation – Focus on nutrition, movement, goal setting, motivation, routines, self-talk, and reflecting on wins and successes. Build the solid base that will support everything else.

Months 4–6: Diving Deeper – Explore advanced strategies in nutrition and movement, stress management, resilience, mindfulness, and connecting with your past, present, and future self. Step into your power and take your transformation even further.

Through a deep dive into who you are at your core, we’ll customize nutrition and exercise programs to support both your body and mind, helping you feel healthier, stronger, and more confident every step of the way.
