Kaila Minion is a transformation and well-being coach, nutrition specialist, mom, yogi, and entrepreneur on a mission to change the world.
She has been in the fitness industry for over 14 years from teaching group fitness to personal training, and now to coaching in person and online.
She knows the difference having a healthy mind and body have made for her in her life, and now she wants to inspire others to find their personal power and step into the best version of themselves.
